Favor Skin does not claim to treat any skin / mental medical conditions. Potential allergens will be noted in product descriptions. If irritation or allergic reaction occurs please immediately discontinue use and call your healthcare provider. Always consult a physician or doctor for any medical questions or concerns. If you have a question about a product contact info@givememyflowers.co to clarify. Even though it is rare , due to the clean beauty nature / non toxicity of our products ; We are not responsible for any reaction or illness due to use of our products. Please note ; using our products that are packaged in glass , in shower / tub may cause injury. Please be cautious when using. Favor Skin is not responsible for bodily injury caused by broken or chipped glass.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will only refund or ship a replacement item if your product is damaged during delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return inquiry. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund gift cards. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. That is solely the responsibility of your financial institution.
